It's taken me about six months, but I finally finished and hung my bird mobile on the weekend. The hardest part was balancing all the little birdies on to the stick I picked up at Sumner Beach, but I got there in the end, and I think it looks pretty cool.

It swings around in the breeze too, which is what a good mobile should do.

I got the pattern for the birds from
here, and as always, just used up old scraps of fabric.

Wow – this is AMAZING! I did a mobile post a few months ago and saw a similar thing, but yours is much nicer.

Thanks, it wasn't that tricky - the hardest part was getting it to balance nicely. I liked your cloud mobile, and if I'd not already started this one I think I would have attempted something similar - much easier.
