The theme for My Place & Yours this week is - what object makes your house feel like a home? It has taken a fair amount of thought for this one, but I'm going to go with Pot. I considered Boo, but Boo comes with us everywhere, including on holiday, so just cos she's there, doesn't mean we're home. But Pot, without her, we just wouldn't feel like we were home...

My house never feels quite as much of a home without a cat in residence, at the moment we have maggie and cato to come home to.

Is Pot short for something, or is it just Pot? I am just curious. Either way, Pot looks like a gorgeous Kitty.

Pot really short for anything - she's actually named after a glass of beer! When my boyfriend was living in NSW he named his cat Schooner, so when he moved to Melbourne it only seemed logical for him to get a cat named Pot...
